Our strategy centers around the innovative Invention Education (IvE) approach, a transformative method designed to seamlessly integrate into any educational model. IvE is not just an addition to the STEAM curriculum; it's a revolutionary way to intertwine critical skills, practical applications, and rich academic experiences into the existing learning environment of the students. With students at the heart of our interventions, we understand all the stakeholders wants and needs and the current situation around the learning experience to be able to smoothly introduce an Invention Education teaching approach.
We identify the problem and understand the causes. Through different tools and activities, we make a diagnosis of the situation, so that we have the necessary information to design a solution that will help us address the problem and achieve the objectives set out in the project.
We devise and develop action plans that consist of various components, including working with children in STEAM programs, teacher training, community projects that work with the entire school community, development of customized content, among others.
We implement the solutions created, with a very high quality standard, through a professional, multidisciplinary team, passionate about education, with the support, if necessary, of our network partners.
Using standardized metrics and project-specific metrics, we measure the effectiveness of our programs and the impact generated on children, teachers, schools, and the school community in general. We present impact reports at the end of each intervention and document the work and results. Each of these three stages looks a bit different if we work with schools, foundations, CSR projects, company programs, museums, indoor playgrounds or other educational and recreational spaces. Another value added of our interventions is the possibility to gain an accreditation from Movimiento STEAM and the possibility to train and certificate teachers at a discounted price.
